How we handle your data when we contact you

Who we are

AUTOMATIKA ROBOTICS SAS, registered with the Grenoble trade and companies register (RCS) under number 948 447 032, France. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

Why you hear from us

We make software that lets companies run patrols, inspections and other routine site work with robots. We write to people whose role makes this relevant to them: operations, innovation, management. You get one email and at most two follow-ups. A person at our company reads and sends every email. If you do not reply, we stop.

Our legal basis

Legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: presenting a professional offer to professionals in their function, at their professional address. You can object at any time. Reply "no" to any email and we will not write again.

What we hold about you

Your name, role and employer. Your professional email address, and your professional phone number when your company publishes it. The address of your LinkedIn profile. Your language. Public information about your employer: size, services, licences, tenders won. Our exchange with you, if any.

Where it comes from

Public company registers, licence lists and tender notices. Your employer's website and LinkedIn. Professional contact data services, Dropcontact and Hunter, which find professional email addresses from a name and a company.

Who processes it

Your data is stored on our own server in France. These providers process it for us, under contract and on our instructions: Zoho for email, Brevo for contact management, and Dropcontact and Hunter for finding addresses. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires. We do not sell your data and we share it with nobody else.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from our last contact with you, then it is deleted. If you ask us not to write, we keep your email address on a stop list so that we never contact you again. If we start working together, your data moves to our customer records and this notice no longer applies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its use, object to it, and receive it in a usable format where the law provides for it. Objection to prospecting is always honoured, with no reason needed. Write to [email protected] and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the CNIL at cnil.fr or to the data protection authority of your country.

No automated decisions

Software helps us research companies and draft text. Every decision to write to you, and every email, is made and sent by a person.
